2024 Golden Globe Reactions
The Globes are back on television for a second year and I’m not sure if this is a good or bad thing. Stand-up comedian Jo Koy was the host and he made a compelling case for the Globes to stay off of television.

Then systematically Osage are murdered in a scheme to gain the “head rights” to the oil fortune.

Hell House LLC Origins: The Carmichael Manor Review
Margot Bentley is a cold case investigator. She learned about the murder of the Carmichael family at their manor. As well as the paranormal happenings that have been reported there.
So Margot wants to make a documentary to figure out what happened. So Margot, her girlfriend Rebecca, and her brother Chase stay at the manor for a week and record their findings.

The Exorcist: Believer Review

V/H/S Shorts Ranked
With the release of the sixth film in the V/H/S Franchise, V/H/S/85 (A Shudder Original) it is a good time to rank all of the shorts in the V/H/S Franchise. This will not include the Frame narrative shorts in the films. I am sticking to the actual shorts in these six films, 25 in total.

Favorite First-Time Watches of September 2023
September was quite a busy month. I went on my first work trip and took a much-needed week-long vacation with my wife. I still got my movies in, gotta keep those priorities straight.

Bottoms is Emma Seligman’s sophomore effort after her first film Shiva Baby in 2020. A panic-inducing comedy film starring Rachel Sennott in a breakout role. Sennott is back with Emma this time co-writing Bottoms.
